In addition to the 35,000 sf medical clinic opened by Samaritan Hospital, other projects include: a 55-home residential plat, under construction, just to the east; a planned 90-home residential plat, to the north on Thornton Lake; a 75-home residential plat, with grading started, two blocks west; and the Village plan includes provisions for 158 residential units connected directly to our commercial center. A small commercial project is under construction, on the south side of Hickory Street, containing a family restaurant and dry cleaner.
