The plan for the mixed-use center includes retail, office, a medical clinic and financial services.


In addition to the 35,000 sf medical clinic being built by Samaritan Hospital, other projects include; a 55 home residential plat on the east margin is under construction; a 90 home residential plat on Thornton Lake on the north side of the project is currently submitted for approval with the city of Albany; grading has begun on a 75 home residential plat two blocks west and as part of the village; 207 residential units are currently under construction; and more than 800 new residential lots are being developed within two miles of the project.
